The challenge
Marrow & Co. came to us with strong products but an inconsistent growth engine. Paid media was generating sales, but reporting was fragmented across platforms, creative decisions were based on assumptions, and the team lacked a reliable view of which campaigns were actually driving profitable revenue.
The creative was showing signs of fatigue, while budget was spread across too many campaigns and audiences. The team knew there was room to grow but needed a clearer system for deciding where to spend, what to test, and when to scale.
What we did
We started with the numbers. Before changing campaigns or creative, we rebuilt the reporting structure so every major marketing dollar could be connected back to revenue and acquisition efficiency.
Creative testing loop. Introduced a weekly testing system for hooks, formats, offers, and customer pain points.
Smarter budget allocation. Shifted spend toward campaigns with stronger incremental performance and room to scale.
Outcome-first media. Evaluated campaigns against revenue, CAC, and payback instead of platform-level metrics alone.
Within the first few weeks, the new testing system uncovered several creative angles that had been overlooked. Budget followed the strongest signals, while weaker campaigns were cut before they could drain spend.
Over time, performance became more predictable. The team had a clearer understanding of what was working, creative production became more intentional, and scaling decisions were based on evidence rather than daily fluctuations.

The outcome
Five months in, Marrow & Co. had grown revenue while significantly reducing acquisition costs. The team had a reporting system they could trust, a repeatable creative testing process, and a clearer framework for deciding where the next dollar should go.
